Experience and Background Information

Peter M. Gates has been working in the Financial Services/Real Estate and Mortgage Industry since 1997. He brings a strong combination of education, knowledge, experience and dedication to each and every property (asset) and client. Mr. Gates worked as a Financial Advisor and Analyst at PaineWebber and Prudential Securities, previously licensed as a NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 Securities Broker in 1997. In 2004, Mr. Gates was licensed by the California and Florida Departments of Real Estate as a Broker and successfully founded and continues to manage Ocean Capital Real Estate, Ocean Capital Home Loans and Sea Glass Real Estate Investments.

Education

Mr. Gates attended California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, CA where he earned his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and emphasis in Taxation.
